Returns & Refunds

The period for the consumer or user to exercise the right of return will be 14 days, which will be computed from the date of receipt of the product by the buyer or the collection date by an external agency at our facilities. The costs generated by the return of the product will be borne by the buyer.

What are the reasons for a return?

  • If you wish to return the order within 14 days of its receipt.
  • If the product does not meet your expectations and you want to return it and be refunded.
  • If the product is defective in which case it would be a product covered by the guarantee.
  • If the product received has damage caused by transportation (inform us in 24 hours from receiving).It will be necessary to take photos of the outer box to check the state in which your shipment has received in order to process any claim.

How to process a return or manage a guarantee?

  • Keep the complete product with its accessories and original packaging in a strong box.
  • Send the product to the address you’ll be adviced.
  • After receiving the package and approval, you will receive the refund in your wallet balance to use in your next order or if you wish you can request that the balance be transferred to your Card, PayPal or bank account.
  • A tracking No. of the returning parcel is required; we will deal with the product exchange or refund after we get your returning parcel.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes, there are some products that cannot be returned.

  • Products without their original packaging, which have been opened or that do not have their original seal.
  • Lingerie and intimate products may not be returned, we strictly follow health and safety regulations.
  • Damaged or incomplete products may not be returned.
  • Products not acquired in SEXstore. For this reason all our products incorporate security mechanisms that let us know whether or not the product was acquired at SEXstore.
  • In many cases the products include gift batteries, if the batteries do not work it does not mean that the product does not work, sometimes the gift batteries are discharged and the toy needs new batteries, in this case the product does not have a return.

We ask you to check all products immediately upon receiving them to ensure that everything is in good working order and that you have received exactly what you ordered. If you find a manufacturer defect in any product we sell, just follow the instructions below.

For defective items outside of the 14 day initial period, we will assist you in contacting the product’s manufacturer directly to find a resolution to your problem.

Please contact us using the form below within 14 days after the shipment has been delivered to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED. We will not accept any return without one.

Once you receive your RMA number, please return the items in their original packaging, within 14 days after the shipment has been delivered, to the address we will provide you. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 15 day return period. If you have further questions or problems, please contact us.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: – Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. – Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your balance if not ask for a different method, within a certain amount of days.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping and bank fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
