Cancel your order

You can cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving your order. Fill in the form below and press “Confirm cancellation”. We will email you a confirmation straight away.

Please note

  • For health and hygiene reasons, sealed items (intimate products, toys, lubricants, underwear etc.) can only be returned if they are unopened and still in their original sealed packaging. Opened sealed items cannot be returned.
  • Return postage is paid by you.
  • Once we receive the items back, we refund the price of the goods to your original payment method.
